Our resume writing services are designed to provide you with customized and highly specialized content tailored to your specific career needs. Due to the personalized nature of this service, all sales are final. Once we have completed and delivered your resume, no refunds will be provided. We highly encourage you to communicate any special requests during the drafting phase to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Digital Downloads:
All of our digital products, including e-books, guides, and downloadable content, are delivered immediately upon purchase. Given the instant delivery and nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues with accessing your digital downloads, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Firefighting-Themed Apparel and Products:
We take great care in the quality of our firefighting-themed apparel and merchandise. If your product does not match the description, you may return the item to us within 30 days from the shipment date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
